摘要
医院后勤各专业的高效管理对医院医教研高质量发展有着积极的推动作用。不同专业对设备的运维要求、管理措施各不相同,难以实行量化管理。随着科室管理的规范化、专业化,精细化,需要搭建一套集运行、评价于一体的医院设备管理系统,辅助管理者在设备安装投入、维护维修、评估更新方面进行决策,从而实现医院重点设施运行进行全面有效监管。
The efficient management of hospital logistics departments plays a positive role in promoting the high quality development of medical service,teaching and research for a hospital.It is difficult to implement quantitative management as different departments have different requirements for facility operation and maintenance,and management measures are different.With the standardization,specialization and refinement of department management,it is necessary to build a set of hospital facility management system,integrating operation and evaluation,to assist managers in making decisions on facility installation input,maintenance,evaluation and update,so as to achieve comprehensive and effective supervision of the operation of hospital key facilities.
