智慧化管理在预防危重症患者VAP中的应用及效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨智慧化管理体系在预防危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1—12月在我院EICU治疗的机械通气患者作为对照组(n=270),采用常规的VAP管理,2021年1—12月在EICU治疗的机械通气病人纳入观察组(n=299),利用VAP监控预警系统、移动终端VAP集束化防治核查系统进行人工气道的智慧化管理和早期康复管理,并依托信息平台进行VAP质控实时监控,实施VAP智慧化管理。结果 观察组VAP集束化防治措施执行率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),观察组VAP发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 智慧化管理体系有助于提高危重症患者VAP的管理质量,降低VAP的发生率。 Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent management system in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in critically ill patients.Methods Mechanical ventilation patients admitted to EICU of our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as control group,and routine VAP management was adopted.Mechanical ventilation patients admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as observation group and intelligent VAP management were adopted,including intelligent management of artificial airway and early rehabilitation management by means of VAP monitoring and warning system,mobile terminal VAP clustered prevention and treatment system,and real-time monitoring of VAP quality control based on information platform.Results The implementation rate of VAP clustered prevention and treatment measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The incidence of VAP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent management system is helpful to improve the quality management of VAP in critically ill patients and reduce the incidence of VAP.
