自然崩落法底部结构破碎区域钢拱架支护分析与研究

摘要 普朗铜矿自然崩落法受断层影响,底部结构易受损坏。通过对3种拱架进行受力分析,确定了普朗铜矿出矿口眉线支护方案。采用U型钢拱架、钢管混凝土拱架、H型钢拱架对出矿进路进行支护试验。经过现场观测,钢管混凝土拱架优于其他2种拱架,且底撑具有底板保护功能。该支护方式对破碎区域效果显著,减少了巷道的进一步变形,也减少了不必要的矿量损失。 The natural caving method of Pulang Copper Mine is affected by faults,and the bottom structure is vulnerable to damage.Through the stress analysis of three kinds of arches,the eyebrow line sup-port scheme of Pulang Copper Mine is determined.The U-shaped steel arch,concrete-filled steel tube arch and H-shaped steel arch are used to support the ore-drawing approach.Through field observation,the con-crete-filled steel tube arch is superior to the other two arches,and the bottom support has the function of bot-tom plate protection.The supporting method has a significant effect on the broken area,reduces the further deformation of the roadway,and also reduces the unnecessary loss of ore.
