航空发动机高碳高铬钼合金钢加工工艺研究 被引量:1

Research on the Processing Technology of High Carbon,High Chromium,and Molybdenum Alloy Steel for Aircraft Engines

摘要 以高碳高铬钼合金钢为B2Ж(Cr18Mo16V)零件为例,针对该材料的加工特性、典型的零件结构,优化了工艺流程,制定了适合切削该材料的刀具和参数,并经过现场多次验证,解决了高碳高铬钼合金钢B2Ж(Cr18Mo16V)零件在加工中存在的问题,保证了零件的加工质量,提高了加工效率。 Taking the high carbon high chromium molybdenum alloy steel as B2XK(Cr18Mo16V)material part as an example,based on the processing characteristics and typical part structure of this material,the process flow was optimized.The suitable cutting tools and parameters for cutting this material were developed.After multiple on-site verifications,the problem ofhigh carbon,high chromium,and molybdenum alloy steel B2XK(Cr18Mo16V)was solved.The problems existing in the processing of parts had ensured the processing quality of the parts and improved processing efficiency.
