飞机钣金深窝类零件橡皮成形工艺研究 被引量:2

Research on Rubber Fluid Forming Process of Deep Socket Parts of Aircraft Sheet Metal

摘要 本文对某型飞机具有深度较大拉深特征(深窝类)钣金零件成形工艺进行研究,以橡皮成形技术为基础,通过利用一定厚度的塑性板材制作过渡垫板,替代原有的刚性材料作为临时过渡模,采用一套压型模并使用过渡垫板辅助分步橡皮成形以实现零件不同部位的工艺方案。研究表明,该方案零件成形整体性好,可以替代同类落压成形零件或减少橡皮成形过渡模,进一步扩展了飞机钣金深窝类零件的成形方法。 l The forming process of sheet metal parts of a certain type of aircraft with deep drawing characteristics(deep sockets)was studied.Based on the rubber fluid forming technology,by using a certain thickness of plastic plate to make transition plate,the original rigid material as a temporary transition mold was replaced.The process scheme was made by using a set of press molds and the use of transition pads to assist the step rubber fluid forming to achieve different parts.The studies have shown that the parts forming integrity were good.It could replace the same type of drop pressure forming parts or reduce the rubber fluid forming transition die.
