摘要
设备性能的劣化过程往往伴随着能耗的增加,而传统的维护并未考虑到环境效益,为了降低设备运转对环境造成的影响,提出一种考虑碳排放的维护优化模型。首先,将改善因子引入设备故障率以及碳排放模型来描述维护的非完美性;其次,建立了最小化碳排放与成本率的多目标决策模型;最后,通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。与单一成本目标相比,考虑碳排放的维护策略可以实现企业经济效益与环境效益的平衡,更加契合当今社会的绿色发展需求。
The deterioration of equipment performance is often accompanied by the increase of energy consumption,while the traditional maintenance does not consider the environmental benefits.In order to reduce the influence on the environment caused by the operation of equipment,a maintenance optimization model considering carbon emission was proposed.Firstly,the improvement factor was introduced into the failure rate and carbon emission model to describe the imperfection of maintenance.Secondly,a multi-objective decision model was established to minimize carbon emission and cost rate.Finally,the effectiveness of the model was verified by numerical example analysis.Compared to the single cost target,the maintenance strategy that considers carbon emissions can achieve the balance between the cost and economic benefits of enterprises,which is more suitable for the green development needs.
