摘要
生态—经济系统的耦合发展随着系统内部要素的不断运动,将会形成一个更高级的新的复杂系统,即一体化的现象。本文基于系统思维的核心理念构建了生态—经济系统的耦合机理框架,生态系统通过提高经济增长效率、优化经济增长结构、促进创新驱动、推进“双循环”构建来影响经济系统。同时,经济系统为生态环境系统的良性循环提供了物质基础、要素条件、内生动力与外部条件。生态系统与经济系统具有内在价值一致性,在两者的相互作用下促进了社会系统的进步,使得生态—经济-社会系统形成良性耦合协调关系,并经过内部不断地耦合演化发展最终形成高质量发展系统。通过对全国各区域进行生态—经济系统耦合协调度测算来反映高质量发展的水平,探究影响生态—经济系统耦合的现实因素,基于促进“双翼”驱动力提升视角为高质量发展提供路径选择。
The coupling development of eco-economic system will form a higher level of new complex system,namely the phenomenon of integration,with the constant movement of the internal elements of the system.Based on the core concept of system thinking,this paper constructs the coupling mechanism framework of ecological-economic system.The ecosystem affects the economic system by improving the efficiency and optimizing the structure of economic growth,promoting innovation-driven development and boosting the construction of“double circulation”.At the same time,the economic system provides the material basis,factor conditions,endogenous power and external conditions for the virtuous cycle of the ecological environment system.The intrinsic value of the ecosystem and the economic system is consistent,and the interaction promotes the progress of the social system,which makes the ecological-economic-social system form a benign coupling coordination relationship,and finally forms a high-quality development system through internal continuous coupling evolution and development.This paper measures the coupling and coordination degree of ecological-economic system in various regions of the country,reflects the level of high-quality development through the measurement results,explores the realistic factors affecting the coupling of ecological-economic system,and provides path selection for high-quality development based on the promotion of“double-wing”driving force.
