摘要
“双碳”目标背景下,高渗透率的可再生能源在提供绿色低碳资源的同时,其出力的不确定性严重威胁着电网的安全稳定运行。为此,针对抽水蓄能机组工况转变迅速、运行灵活可靠的优势,提出可变速抽水蓄能机组投入到含有风、光、火电的电力系统日前优化调度中。考虑抽水蓄能机组的运行特性及抽水蓄能电站库容变化等约束,建立以系统运行成本最低为目标的优化调度模型,采用YALMIP工具箱和CPLEX求解机组出力,最后通过算例验证了本文模型和方法的合理性。
In the context of the dual carbon goal,high-penetration renewable energy provides green and low-carbon resources,but its randomness and volatility also bring severe challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.For this reason,based on the advantage of flexible operation of pumped storage,it is proposed that variable-speed pumped storage units can be put into the optimal dispatch of the power system including wind,solar and thermal power.Considering the operating characteristics of the pumped-storage unit and the constraints of the storage capacity of the pumped-storage power station,an optimal scheduling model with the goal of the lowest operating cost of the system is established,and YALMIP toolbox and CPLEX are used to solve the unit output.Finally,the rationality of the model and method in this paper is verified by an example.
