摘要
介绍了以氨水为还原剂,SNCR/SCR联合脱硝在某年产120万t链篦机-回转窑球团烟气上的模拟应用。利用CFD技术重点分析了链篦机PH段及SCR反应器内烟气流场,探索喷枪最佳安装位置。结果表明,在链篦机PH段B区开孔,标高为22.1 m/21.5 m是相对较好的布置方式;在SCR反应器入口烟道段,喷枪应安装至烟道中部,间隔1.2 m,效果最佳。该模拟研究为今后球团烟气的改造提供了理论基础。
The simulation application of combined SNCR/SCR denitrification with ammonia water as reducing agent in a grate-rotary kiln pellet flue gas with an annual output of 1.2 million tons was introduced.The smoke flow field in grate PH section and SCR reactor was analyzed by CFD technology,and the best installation position of spray gun was explored.The results show that the elevation of 22.1m/21.5 m is a relatively better way to cut holes in PH section B of grate.In the inlet flue section of SCR reactor,the spray gun should be installed in the middle of the flue with an interval of 1.2 m for the best effect.The simulation study in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the modification of pellet flue gas in the future.
