摘要
目的 探讨建立专科护士主导的综合护理门诊在临床中的实践效果。方法 我院于2021年6月开设综合护理门诊,选拔符合资质的专科护士坐诊,为患者提供伤口造口护理、PICC护理、引流管护理、护理会诊及居家护理,最终根据工作量、经济效益情况、患者等待时间、医务人员和患者满意度等对综合护理门诊实践效果进行评价。结果 综合护理门诊运行以来,接诊量17 211例次,参与护理会诊1 152例次,居家护理215例次。与运行前相比,接诊量增长63.57%,年经济收入增长135.77%,患者候诊等待时间显著缩短,患者及医务人员的满意度显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理门诊的建立和运行符合患者的医疗需求,提高了患者及医务人员满意度,同时提升了护理人员的职业价值感和专业技能。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing clinic led by nurse specialist.Methods We established the comprehensive nursing clinic in June 2021,and qualified nurse specialists were selected to provide wound care,ostomy care,PICC nursing,drainage tube nursing,nursing consultation and home nursing for patients.The practical effect of comprehensive nursing clinic was evaluated in terms of workload,economic benefit,patient waiting time,patient and medical staff satisfaction.Results Since the operation of the comprehensive nursing clinic,there were 17,211 visiting patients,1,152 cases of nursing consultations and 215 cases of home nursing.The number of outpatient visit increased by 63.57%;annual economic income increased by 135.77%;waiting time of patients was significantly shortened,and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff increased significantly,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing clinic meets the medical needs of patients,improves the satisfaction of patients and medical staff,and promotes the sense of professional value and professional skills of nursing staff.
