摘要
涪陵页岩气田高产水气井具有埋深大、产水量高、液气比高等特点,气井在生产过程中易出现井筒积液,产气量快速下降的现象,致使气井水淹关井。该类气井气举施工存在工作压力高、措施时间长、措施有效期短、应用效果差等情况。采用电潜泵对该类气井开展排水采气工艺,可快速实现积液的排出,释放气井产能。因气井为气液同产,为确保设备运行的稳定性,减少井下设备高温停机、泵效过低等状况,需摸索制定合理的泵排制度,提升该工艺的应用效果,维持气井长时间的稳定生产。
Gas wells with high water production in the Fuling shale gas field are characterized by their significant burial depth,high water production,and elevated liquid-gas ratio.During the production process,these gas wells often encounter issues such as wellbore liquid loading and rapid decline in gas production,eventually leading to well shutdown due to water flooding.Traditional gas lifting operations for these wells face challenges in terms of high working pressure,extended stimulation time,limited effectiveness of stimulation jobs,and subpar application outcomes.To address these challenges,the use of electric submersible pumps for drainage and gas production in such wells facilitates the rapid removal of liquid loading,thereby unleashing the well's production potential.Given that gas wells simultaneously produce gas and liquid,it becomes crucial to establish a well-defined pump drainage system to ensure stable equipment operation,mitigate issues like high-temperature shutdowns and low pump efficiency,enhance the application effectiveness of this process,and sustain long-term stable production of gas wells.
