摘要
目的探讨中药敷贴联合经皮穴位电刺激在改善剖宫产术后肠道功能的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月在枣庄市妇幼保健院产科拟行剖宫产手术的初产妇,按照随机数表法分为两组,分别为对照组和干扰组,各50例,对照组采用中药敷贴治疗,干预组采用中药敷贴联合经皮穴位电刺激,统计并分析两组产妇肠道功能恢复时间、胃肠功能症状、患者护理满意度等指标。结果干预后,与对照组相比,干预组的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及肛门首次排便时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组腹胀发生率和腹胀严重程度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组护理满意度明显高于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能及总体健康状况评分均升高,且干预组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后,两组患者的症状领域评分降低,且干预组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药敷贴联合经皮穴位电刺激在改善剖宫产术后肠道功能中具有积极的作用,可以缩短肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及肛门首次排便时间,降低腹胀发生率和腹胀严重程度,提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on improving intestinal function after cesarean section.Methods Primiparas who planned to undergo cesarean section operation in the Obstetrics Department of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application,while the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation.The recovery time of intestinal function,gastrointestinal function symptoms,nursing satisfaction rate and other indicators of the two groups were analyzed.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and fi rst anal defecation time in the intervention group were shorter(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence and severity of abdominal distension in the intervention group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical function,role function,cognitive function,social function and overall health status score increased in two groups,and the intervention group was signifi cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the symptom domain score in two groups decreased,and the intervention group was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation plays a positive role in improving intestinal function after cesarean section.It can shorten the time of anal exhaust,the time of intestinal sound returning to normal and the time o
