摘要
文章以具体的预制柱为实例,旨在解决自动化生产线仍需大量钢筋绑扎工人的痛点问题。采用Rhino中grasshopper插件对钢筋笼进行参数化建模,并将选定的KUKA机械臂导入,对钢筋绑扎路径进行模拟仿真,对现存的大量钢筋绑扎工人的问题进行优化,并给出相应的优化方案和优化后的研究结果。
This paper takes the concrete prefabricated column as an example to solve the problem that the automatic production line still needs a large number of steel bar binding workers.The grasshopper plug-in in Rhino is used to parametrically model the reinforcement cage,and the selected KUKA manipulator is imported to simulate the reinforcement binding path.The existing problems of a large number of reinfor cement binding workers are optimized,and the corresponding optimization scheme and optimized research results are given.
