摘要
3D打印技术近年来在世界范围内得到了越来越多的关注,并且已经应用在医疗、机械、航天等重要领域。文章主要介绍3D打印的基本原理和主要成型工艺,针对挤出式3D打印机,探讨了打印针头的种类、打印压力、打印速度、切片层厚等主要打印参数对其打印效果的影响。
3D printing technology has attracted more and more attention in the world,and has been applied in medical,mechanical,aerospace and other important fields.This paper mainly introduces the basic principle and main molding process of 3D printing.For the extruded 3D printer,the influence of the printing needle type,printing pressure,printing speed and slice layer thickness is discussed on the printing effect.
