基于有限元模型的房建工程桩基质量检测与评价研究

摘要 在房建工程建筑领域,地基(桩基)是整个建筑系统的基础。为了更有效地计算桩基受力情况,文章基于有限元模型计算出房建工程基点位置单轴桩基的有限元参数;计算桩基部分的受力情况和桩基状态的细微变化并总结出相关规律,利用有限元模型分析建筑物桩基部分受力节点是否在允许范围内;以实验模拟实际工程为例,深入分析房建工程桩基的质量检测和评价。 In the field of building engineering construction,foundation(pile foundation)is the foundation of the whole building system.In order to calculate the pile foundation stress more effectively,the finite element parameters of uniaxial pile foundation at the base point of building engineering are firstly calculated based on finite element model.Then,the pile foundation stress and the subtle changes of pile foundation state are calculated and the relevant laws are summarized.The finite element model is used to analyze whether the stress node of pile foundation is within the allowable range.Finally,taking the experiment simulation project as an example,the quality detection and evaluation of pile foundation in building engineering are analyzed deeply.
