摘要
针对装配建筑设计与施工中技术应用不足问题,提出新的解决思路,通过引入BIM技术、搭建相关平台、做好人员配置与施工管理工作,解决了装配式建筑设计与施工中技术落实不到位问题,实现了对管理方案的优化调整。研究结果表明:BIM不仅能提升装配建筑设计的合理性,加快施工进度,还能为前期设计与项目施工管理提供帮助。
Aiming at the problem ofinsufficient technology application in assembly building design and construction,this paper puts forward new solutions.By introducing BIM technology,building related platforms,and doing a good job in staffing and construction management,the problem of inadequate technology implementation in assembly building design and construction is solved,and the management scheme is optimized and adjusted.The research results show that BIM can not only improve the rationality of assembly building design and speed up the construction progress,but also provide help for preliminary design and project construction management.
