摘要
东滩煤矿14320综放工作面面内同层老巷较多,为解决回采期间揭露老巷过程中顶板不稳定伤人等不安全问题,采用架棚、上料等方式增加老巷被动支护强度,使揭露点老巷的压力小于工作面支承压力。生产过程中,通过精准控制采煤机提刹刀角度,避免或者减少破坏老巷顶板,使工作面平稳通过老巷,保障了煤矿井下生产和作业人员安全。
There are many old roadways on the same layer in the 14320 fully mechanized caving face of Dongtan Coal Mine.In order to solve the unsafe problems of unstable roof and injuring people and so on during the process of exposing old roadways during mining period,methods such as scaffolding and feeding are used to increase the passive support strength of old roadways,so that the pressure of the exposed old roadways is less than abutment pressure of the working face.During the production process,by accurately controlling the angle of the shearer's lifting brake knife,avoiding or reducing damage to the roof of the old roadways,and the working face passes through the old roadways smoothly,ensuring the safety of downhole production and operation personnel in coal mines.
