摘要
农村社会工作人才队伍是乡村治理人才的重要组成部分,在国家全面推进乡村振兴战略过程中,可以充分发挥社会工作专业优势,为推进乡村振兴提供人才保障。但目前农村社会工作人才队伍建设存在社会认同度低、缺乏专业人才、缺乏科学的保障制度及专业机构发展滞后等问题,制约农村社会工作专业人才队伍的建设。因此,要推进农村社会工作人才队伍建设,需要提高社会对农业社会工作的认同度和重视度、提高农村社会工作人才专业化程度、进一步完善人才保障制度与职业设置、促进农村社会工作机构发展。
The talent team of rural social work is an important part of rural governance talents.In the process of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,we can give full play to the professional advantages of social work and provide talent guarantee for promoting rural revitalization.However,at present,there are some problems in the construction of rural social work talents,such as low social identity,lack of professionals,lack of scientific security system,lagging development of professional institutions and so on,which restricts the construction of rural social work professionals.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of rural social work talents,it is necessary to improve the recognition and attention of the society to agricultural social work,improve the specialization of rural social work talents,further improve the talent security system and career settings,and promote the development of rural social work institutions.
