摘要
人才资源是全面推进乡村振兴战略的关键,高校肩负着人才培养的使命和重任,有责任借助其高质量的教育体系培养社会需要的创业型人才赋能乡村振兴。该文从社会创业的内涵特征出发,以广西区内高校和有意向返乡创业的大学生为研究对象,探索高校社会创业教育的价值、路径方法,探讨高校社会创业人才的培养路径,探寻社会创业与乡村振兴的共生价值,发挥高校社会创业人才赋能国家乡村振兴战略的直接效应。
Talent resources are the key to comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Higher institutions shoulder the mission and responsibility of talent training,and have the responsibility to use their high-quality education system to cultivate entrepreneurial talents that society needs to enable rural revitalization.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of social entrepreneurship,this paper takes colleges and universities in Guangxi and college students who intend to return home to start their own businesses as the research objects,explores the value,path and method of social entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities;probes the training path of social entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities;seeks the symbiotic value of social entrepreneurship and rural revitalization;and gives play to the direct effect of higher institutions'would-be social entrepreneurs empowering the national rural revitalization strategy.
