摘要
目的:分析无痛消化内镜与普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床效果。方法:选取天津市西青医院2020年3月~2021年12月收治的112例胃肠息肉患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签法将其分为两组,对照组采用普通消化内镜下高频电刀切除术进行治疗,研究组采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀切除术进行治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、治疗前后胃肠道激素水平和氧化应激反应、手术指标及术后恢复指标,术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者总治疗有效率为98.21%,显著高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者胃泌素和血清皮质醇差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组胃泌素和血清皮质醇水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术中失血量、VAS评分、术后肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为1.79%,显著低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05)。结论:无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉可以取得更好的治疗效果,有助于患者早日康复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of high frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:112 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with high-frequency electrotome under general digestive endoscopy,and the study group was treated with painless digestive endoscopy.The effective rate,gastrointestinal hormone and oxidative stress level before and after treatment,operation indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 98.21%,significantly higher than 82.14%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gastrin and serum cortisol between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin and serum cortisol in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,VAS score,postoperative bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 1.79%,significantly lower than 12.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy can achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps and help patients recover as soon as possible.
