摘要
目的:探讨肺炎支原体感染肺炎诊断中应用CT诊断的效果。方法:将2021年1月~2022年12月在本院治疗的100例疑似肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患者作为研究对象,均行胸部X射线检查及CT检查,将X射线检查结果作为对照组,CT检查结果作为观察组,以临床诊断结果作为金标准,对比两组的对照结果、诊断效能、影像学征象检出率。结果:观察组中,阳性63例(真阳性61例,假阳性2例),阴性37例(真阴性34例,假阴性3例);对照组中,阳性53例(真阳性42例,假阳性11例),阴性47例(真阴性25例,假阴性22例);观察组对MPP诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组支气管壁增厚、支气管血管束增厚、磨玻璃征、网状影征、支气管充气征、肺气肿、胸腔积液、纵隔淋巴结肿大等影像学征象检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MPP诊断中应用CT诊断的效果显著,诊断的敏感度、特异度及准确度高,对各影像学征象的检出率高,具有较高诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of CT in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:In 100 patients with suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.All patients underwent chest X-ray examination and CT examination,X-ray examination results as the control group,CT examination results as the observation group,and clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard,compared the two groups with the control results,diagnostic efficacy,and imaging sign detection rate.Results:In the observation group,63 were positive(61 true positive and 2 false positive)and 37 were negative(34 true negative and 3 false negative);In the control group,53 were positive(42 true positive and 11 false positive)and 47 were negative(25 true negative and 22 false negative);The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The detection rate of bronchial wall thickening,bronchial vascular bundle thickening,ground glass features,mesh shadow features,bronchial inflation features,emphysema,pleural effusion and mediastinal lymph node enlargement were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CT in MPP diagnosis has a significant effect,high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,and a high detection rate for various imaging signs.It has high diagnostic value.
