三维激光扫描技术在围岩顶板下沉量监测中的应用

摘要 巷道围岩的位移控制一直是煤矿开采中的热点问题,尤其是工作面回采过程中对顶板下沉量的监测。采用三维激光扫描技术对某煤矿3306工作面顶板下沉量进行监测,并与传统压力监测系统进行了比较。监测结果显示,三维激光扫描技术可以达到毫米级的准确率,在超前回采工作面50 m位置安设更能发挥作用,并在相同开采进度下,近采空区区域顶板下沉量比远离采空区区域顶板下沉量大。 The displacement control of tunnel surrounding rock has always been a hot issue in coal mining,especially the monitoring of roof subsidence during the mining process of the working face.The three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used to monitor the subsidence of the roof of the 3306 working face in a certain coal mine,and compared with traditional pressure monitoring systems.The monitoring results show that the three-dimensional laser scanning technology can achieve millimeter level accuracy,and is more effective when installed at a position of 50 m in advance of the mining face.Under the same mining progress,the subsidence of the roof in the near goaf area is greater than that in the far goaf area.
