摘要
随着物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术手段的应用,钢铁行业向集群化、智能化、绿色化方向迈进,走上“专、精、特、新”发展道路。钢铁企业生产技术和组织方式发生很大变化,人才需求状况也随之发生明显改变。通过分析钢铁企业岗位设置变化、岗位能力需求变化、岗位知识结构要求,组建了钢铁智能冶金技术专业群,重构了专业群人才培养目标,构建了对接产业链的“跨学科、跨专业”的课程体系,实现了教学资源的共建共享,完成从单一冶金人才到复合冶金专业群人才培养的跨越,以满足“中国制造2025”背景下钢铁智能冶金技术人才的培养需要。
With the application of the Internet of Things,Big data,artificial intelligence and other technical means,the steel industry is marching towards the direction of clustering,intelligence,and greening,and embarked on the development path of"specialty,precision,specialty,and innovation".The production technology and organizational methods of steel enterprises have undergone significant changes,and the demand for talent has also undergone significant changes.By analyzing the changes in job settings,job capability requirements,and job knowledge structure requirements in steel enterprises,a steel intelligent metallurgical technology professional group has been established,and the talent training objectives of the professional group have been reconstructed.A"interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary"curriculum system has been constructed to connect with the industrial chain,achieving the co construction and sharing of teaching resources,and completing the leap from single metallurgical talents to composite metallurgical professional group talent training,to meet the training needs of steel intelligent metallurgical technology talents in the context of Made in China 2025.
