摘要
甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯(TBMA)在我国应用极其广泛,可用于建筑行业、包装行业、纺织业等。首先对生成TBMA的两部分工段的工艺进行了比较,最终选用甲醇醚化裂解法纯化异丁烯,选用酸烯加成酯化法合成TBMA。以年产12万tTBMA为例,采用Aspen Plus对其生产路线进行模拟,并对其工艺进行经济分析。结果表明该项目预计将在第五年回本,具有投资价值。
Tert-butyl methacrylate(TBMA)is very widely used in China,and can be used in the construction industry,packaging industry,textile industry,etc.In this paper,the two parts of the process of generating TBMA were compared.Finally,isobutene was purified by methanol etherification and pyrolysis,and TBMA was synthesized by acid addition and esterification.With an annual output of 120,000 tons of TBMA as an example,the production route was simulated by Aspen Plus and the economic analysis of the process was carried out.The results show that the project is expected to pay back in the fifth year and has investment value.
