摘要
废弃黏土砖经过破碎机,破碎成粒径合乎混凝土骨料要求的碎块,取代天然碎石,配制再生砖骨料混凝土。通过抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验测试再生砖骨料混凝土力学性能,研究分析粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺和料对其影响。试验结果表明:①再生砖粗骨料混凝土的强度小于普通混凝土;②粉煤灰对于再生砖粗骨料混凝土的早期抗压强度有不利的影响,但是可以促进后期强度和劈裂抗拉强度的提高;③掺入硅灰可以显著提高再生砖粗骨料混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度,是解决再生砖粗骨料混凝土强度偏低的有效措施。
The waste clay bricks are crushed into fragments with the particle size conforming to the requirements of concrete aggregate through the crusher,replacing the natural gravel and preparing recycled brick aggregate concrete.The mechanical properties of recycled brick aggregate concrete were tested by compressive strength test and splitting strength test,and the influence of mineral admixtures such as fly ash and silica fume on it was studied.The experimental results show that:①The strength of recycled brick coarse aggregate concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete;②Fly ash has adverse effects on the early compressive strength of recycled brick coarse aggregate concrete,but it can promote the improvement of later strength and splitting tensile strength;③Adding silica fume can significantly improve the compressive and tensile strength of recycled brick coarse aggregate concrete,which is an effective measure to solve the low strength of recycled brick coarse aggregate concrete.
