摘要
为制订合理有效的大型固定式海洋平台拆解方案,通过对吊装法、单船浮托法和双船浮托法等典型方法及相关装备的应用现状和技术特点进行比较分析,得出各种方案的技术优势和适用条件。研究发现:双船浮托式拆解法具有拆解效率高和拆解目标尺寸受限小的优点,在海洋平台拆解领域具有很大的应用潜力;双船浮托式拆解作业过程对作业精度的要求较高,通过与DP3动力定位浮托系统相结合,有望成为未来海洋平台拆解的主流技术。
In order to develop a reasonable and effective dismantling plan for the large fixed offshore platforms,the application status and technical characteristics of typical techniques and related equipment including lifting method,single ship floating method,and double ship floating method are compared and analyzed,to find out the technical advantages and applicable conditions of each plan.Research shows that the dual ship floating disassembly method has the advantages of high disassembly efficiency and small size constraints on the disassembly target,which provides great potential for application in the field of offshore platform disassembly.The process of dual ship floating disassembly requires high precision.When combined with DP3 dynamic positioning floating system,it is hopeful to be the major technique for the future oil platform disassembly.
