摘要
在大学生心理健康教育实践中,高校辅导员既是促进大学生全面发展的指引者,也是优化高校心理健康教育体系的守护者,更是提升高校心理健康教育实效的管理者。然而,当前部分辅导员仍然对自身在心理健康教育过程中的角色定位不清晰,部分辅导员角色专业化程度不高,部分辅导员的角色参与方法过于简单。对此,辅导员应该积极求变,进一步明确自身角色定位,努力强化心理专业知识,提升角色专业化程度,并遵循大学生成长规律,深化自身角色参与。
In the practice of college-student-oriented mental health education,their counselors are guides to promote their overall development,and guards to optimize the school's psychological educational system,as well as managers to upgrade the educational quality.However,currently,some counselors still have vague understanding of their own roles,and some are not fully qualified,in addition,others approach their roles in a too simple manner.In this regard,change is imperative.Counselors shall clearly identify their role,increase their psychological professional knowledge,enhance their role specialization,and deepen their role while respecting the rule of college students'growth.
