摘要
目的 观测颞下颌关节面与周围骨性结构的关系,丰富解剖学数据库的同时为临床手术提供解剖学参考。方法 由口腔专业教师确定并标记各观测点的位置,用游标卡尺、圆规等测量74个成人完整颅骨,记录数据并进行统计分析。结果 颞下颌关节结节的高度为(9.85±1.46)mm;颞下颌关节窝的前后径和内外径分别为(18.11±1.46)mm和(24.80±2.18)mm;颞下颌关节窝最低点到颞下颌关节窝前外侧点、前内侧点和后外侧点的距离为(15.81±2.44)mm、(15.63±2.04)mm和(11.56±1.85)mm;颞下颌关节窝最低点分别到卵圆孔后外侧点、棘孔后外侧点、颈动脉管外口最外侧点、颈静脉孔最外侧点、茎乳孔最前点、乳突尖和外耳道最下点的距离分别为(22.07±2.48)mm、(19.73±2.14)mm、(23.79±3.45)mm、(26.00±3.61)mm、(25.76±2.48)mm、(38.53±3.63)mm和(18.89±3.02)mm;前外侧点到上述测量点的距离分别为(30.47±2.40)mm、(28.11±2.24)mm、(32.55±2.68)mm、(33.80±2.36)mm、(32.69±2.49)mm、(40.16±2.76)mm和(26.23±2.63)mm;前内侧点分别为(12.79±2.15)mm、(7.56±1.92)mm、(10.84±2.42)mm、(16.19±2.95)mm、(20.01±2.54)mm、(35.19±3.61)mm和(19.16±2.45)mm;后外侧点分别为(27.64±2.45)mm、(23.37±2.53)mm、(21.83±2.31)mm、(20.62±2.25)mm、(18.50±2.43)mm、(29.33±3.36)mm和(11.18±2.19)mm。经统计分析,上述左、右两侧各距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 明确颞下颌关节面与周围骨性结构的关系能为临床手术提供解剖学参考的同时丰富解剖学资料。
Objective To observe the relationship between the temporomandibular joint surface and the sur⁃rounding bone structure,enrich the anatomical database and provide anatomical reference for clinical surgery.Methods The positions of each observation point were determined and marked by dental teachers,and 74 adult complete skulls were measured with vernier calipers and compasses.The data were recorded and statistically ana⁃lyzed.Results The height of the articular eminence of the temporomandibular joint was(9.85±1.46)mm.The antero⁃posterior diameter and inner and outer diameter of the glenoid fossa were(18.11±1.46)mm and(24.80±2.18)mm,respectively.The distance from the lowest point of the glenoid fossa to the anterolateral,anteromedial and posterolat⁃eral points of the glenoid fossa were(15.81±2.44)mm,(15.63±2.04)mm and(11.56±1.85)mm.The distance from the lowest point,anterolateral point,anteromedial point and posterolateral point of glenoid fossa to the postero⁃lateral point of foramen ovale,the posterolateral point of foramen spinosum,the outermost point of external orifice of carotid canal,the outermost point of jugular foramen,the anterior point of stylomastoid foramen,the mastoid tip and the lowest point of external auditory canal were(22.07±2.48)mm,(19.73±2.14)mm and(23.79±3.45)mm,re⁃spectively,(26.00±3.61)mm,(25.76±2.48)mm,(38.53±3.63)mm and(18.89±3.02)mm;(30.47±2.40)mm,(28.11±2.24)mm,(32.55±2.68)mm,(33.80±2.36)mm,(32.69±2.49)mm,(40.16±2.76)mm and(26.23±2.63)mm;(12.79±2.15)mm,(7.56±1.92)mm,(10.84±2.42)mm,(16.19±2.95)mm,(20.01±2.54)mm,(35.19±3.61)mm and(19.16±2.45)mm;(27.64±2.45)mm,(23.37±2.53)mm,(21.83±2.31)mm,(20.62±2.25)mm,(18.50±2.43)mm,(29.33±3.36)mm and (11.18±2.19)mm,respectively.After statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in the distance between the left and right sides(P>0.05).Conclu⁃sion To clarifythe relationship between the temporomandibular joint surface and the surrounding bone structure can provide anatomical reference
