摘要
钱学森先生曾指出在自然科学与工程技术之间应当有一大类“技术科学”作为媒介,才能使基础科学与工程两全其美,达到满足国家经济发展和人们需求的程度。据此,并参照其他学者的意见与笔者的个人实际体验,分析了基础科学、技术与工程的区别;而在实现对人有用的工程产品中,科学、技术和工程三者结合成一体,相互依赖。技术科学类学科在研究要求和办学理念上与基础科学和工程均有所不同,它更狭隘,但更精细。笔者特别强调在建设“新工科”过程中要考虑到技术科学与应用理科和工程学科之差别。我国科技经济发展中许多“卡脖子”的问题,其多数都是“技术科学”上的问题。因此,在我国筹办与发展技术科学类学科十分迫切需要。笔者将筹办“技术科学”中想到的一些注意事项作了梳理,但可能远不止这几点。
Qian Xuesen once pointed out that there should be a large category of"technical science"as a medium between natural science and engineering technology,so that basic science and engineering can have the best of both worlds and meet the national economic development and people’s needs.Accordingly,referring to the opinions of other scholars and the personal experience,this study analyze the differences between basic science,technology and engineering.In the realization of engineering products useful to people,science,technology and engineering are integrated and interdependent.Technical science is different from basic science and engineering in terms of research requirements and educational philosophy.It is more narrow but more refined.The author especially emphasizes that the difference between technical science and applied science along with engineering discipline should be taken into account in the process of building“new engineering”.Many“bottleneck”problems in the development of science and technology economy in China,most of which are“technology and science”problems.Therefore,it is an urgent need to prepare and develop technical science disciplines in China.The author will organize the“technical science”thought of some matters for attention,but may be far more than these points.
