摘要
床垫是重要的睡眠用具,其对于身体各部位的合理支撑有利于维持健康的脊柱形态。为了评价床垫的支撑性,比较不同床垫对侧卧脊柱形态产生的影响,针对人体侧卧姿势下的脊柱形态特征,利用脊柱定位点及人体侧卧的图片信息,输出脊柱各定位点的坐标数据,进一步分析脊柱形态的直线度,提出基于图像处理技术的床垫支撑性评价方法。对27名受试者在9种硬度分区调节床垫上的侧卧情况进行分析,通过图像采集、图像处理、图像识别等环节明确点位信息,输出定位点坐标并计算直线度误差,得到量化的脊柱直线度,并将其与手工处理的图片坐标数据结果相比较,分析机器识别的误差。结果表明:输出的脊柱直线度误差与手工计算点位的误差率最高为18%,表明对侧卧静态图像进行处理能够有效地实现床垫支撑性能的评价。这一方法提高了评价效率,通过图像处理分析受试者的卧姿图片能够体现分区调节床垫的不同支撑效果,为床垫支撑性评价提供方法参考。
The mattress is an important sleeping appliance,and its proper support for all parts of the body is conducive to maintaining a healthy spine shape.In order to evaluate the support performance of the mattress and compare the influence of different mattresses on the form of the side lying spine,aiming at the shape characteristics of the spine under the position of human sidelying,the coordinate data of each point of the spine was output by using the picture information of the spine positioning point and the human side-lying point,and the straightness of the spine shape was further analyzed,and an evaluation method of the mattress support based on image processing was proposed.27 participants were analyzed while lying on their sides on nine hardness zone-adjusted mattresses.Through image acquisition,image processing,image recognition,and other steps to clarify the point position,output the location point coordinates,calculate the straightness error,get the spine straightness,compare it with the hand-processed picture coordinate data results,and analyze the machine recognition error.The results show that the error rate of the output spinal straightness and the manually calculated point is up to 18%,indicating that the processing of the static image of the side lying can effectively evaluate the mattress support performance.This method improves the evaluation efficiency,and the image processing analysis of the subject's lying position pictures can reflect the different support effects of the mattress adjusted by partition and provide a method reference for the evaluation of mattress supportability.
