面向柔性大面积空间扭转曲面产品模具设计

摘要 为解决柔性大面积空间扭转曲面产品的成形、法向定位孔加工和振动工装设计问题,利用制造模具和振动工装共同点,通过结构创新设计,有效地解决了靠模、钻模和振动工装一体化设计的问题。同时通过分型设计,独立加工,克服了大面积曲面法向孔无法利用三轴机床精确加工的难点。经检测和试验验证,模具结构设计合理,定位孔位置度满足要求,产品成形完整,可在降本增效的同时为类似产品开模提供设计思路。 In order to solve the problems of forming,normal positioning hole processing and vibration tooling design for flexible large-area spatial torsion surface products,by using the common point of manufacturing mold and vibration tooling,we effectively solved the problem of integrated design of leaning mold,drilling mold and vibration tooling through structural innovation design.At the same time,we overcame the difficulty that large-area curved normal holes could not be accurately processed by three-axis machine tools through sub-type design and independent processing.After inspection and test verification,the mold structure design was reasonable,the positioning hole position degree met the requirements,and the product forming was complete,which provided design ideas for similar products to be molded while reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
