摘要
目的探究肿瘤科护士心理健康与社会支持及应对方式的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、突发性公共卫生事件心理量表、社会支持量表和简易方式自评量表对肿瘤科的382名护士进行调查。通过Spearman法分析心理健康与社会支持及应对方式的相关性。结果共计收回有效问卷382份,回收率100%。工龄>5~10年护士较0~5年的护士心理情绪平稳,社会支持现状好且积极应对得分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,护士的心理健康总分与社会支持量表总分、主观支持、客观支持、社会支持利用度之间均呈现处负相关关系(P<0.05),与消极应对之间均存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士心理健康与社会支持及应对方式之间存在紧密的相关性,其中社会支持对肿瘤科护士的心理能够发挥一定的保护作用,但部分护士的应对方式消极,需要社会和医院定期对护士做心理干预。
Objective To explore the correlation of mental health and social support in oncology nurses with the coping style.Methods A total of 382 oncology nurses were surveyed using the general information questionnaire,public health emergency psychological scale,social support scale and simplified self-rating scale.Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation of mental health and social support with coping style.Results A total of 382 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 100%.Compared with nurses with 0-5 years of working experiences,those with 5-10 years of working experiences had a significantly more stable psychological mood,better social support status and higher score of positive coping(P<0.05).In addition,the total score of mental health of oncology nurses was negatively correlated with the total score of social support scale,objective support,subjective support,and the utilization of social support(P<0.05),which was positively correlated with the score of negative coping(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation of mental health and social support in oncology nurses with the coping style.Among them,social support can play a certain protective role in the mental health of oncology nurses.However,some nurses have a negative coping style,and therefore,it is necessary for the society and the hospital to conduct regular psychological intervention on nurses.
