摘要
目的探讨罗伊适应模式干预措施在老年多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗期间症状困扰与生活质量间的中介作用。方法选取2019年11月至2022年11月收治的102例老年多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,采用SPSS软件分析患者化疗期间症状困扰情况及生活质量情况。采用Pearson相关分析研究罗伊适应模式干预措施、化疗期间症状与生活质量的相关性。结果102例患者中,化疗期间症状总发生率为23.53%,生活质量总平均分为(42.37±5.7)分。罗伊适应模式干预措施与患者化疗期间症状困扰之间呈负相关(r=-0.562,P<0.01)。罗伊适应模式干预措施与生活质量之间呈正相关(r=0.632,P<0.01)。患者化疗期间症状困扰与生活质量之间呈负相关(r=-0.664,P<0.01)。Bootstrap法分析罗伊适应模式干预措施在患者化疗期间症状困扰与生活质量间起到部分中介作用,占总效应的36.22%。结论老年多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗期间症状困扰较大,生活质量较低,罗伊适应模式干预措施在化疗期间症状困扰与生活质量间起到部分中介作用。提示护理人员应加强罗伊适应模式干预措施,从而能够减轻老年多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗期间症状困扰,改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of Roy’s adaptation model intervention on symptom distress and quality of life in elderly patients with multiple myeloma during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as research objects.SPSS software was used to analyze symptom distress and quality of life during chemotherapy.The correlation of Roy’s adaptation model intervention measures with symptom distress and quality of life during chemotherapy was identified by Pearson correlation analysis.Results In 102 recruited patients,the total incidence of symptom distress during chemotherapy was 23.53%,and the mean total score of quality of life was(42.37±5.7)points.Roy’s adaptation model intervention was negatively correlated with symptom distress during chemotherapy(r=-0.562,P<0.01),and positively correlated with the quality of life(r=0.632,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between symptom distress and quality of life during chemotherapy(r=-0.664,P<0.01).Bootstrap analysis showed that Roy’s adaptation model intervention played a part of mediating effect between symptom distress and quality of life during chemotherapy,accounting for 36.22%of the total effect.Conclusion The elderly patients with multiple myeloma have symptom distress and low quality of life during chemotherapy.Roy’s adaptation model intervention plays a part of mediating effect between symptom distress and quality of life during chemotherapy.It is suggested that nursing staff should strengthen the Roy’s adaptation model intervention,so as to alleviate the symptoms of elderly patients with multiple myeloma during chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.
