摘要
新时期,我国经济社会发展持续加快,城镇化水平明显提高,大量人口涌入城市,城市高层建筑逐渐增多,配套地下工程显著增加,做好地下工程防水施工尤为重要,关系地下工程功能实现及高层建筑质量安全。施工技术应用及质量控制对高层建筑地下工程有着根本性影响。主要从防水施工技术与质量控制角度对高层建筑地下工程进行剖析,明确地下工程防水特点、易出现渗漏问题的原因,对如何强化质量控制进行探索,期望为加快现代高层建筑地下工程高质量施工建设提供借鉴和参考。
In the new era,China’s economic and social development continues to accelerate,the level of urbanization has significantly improved,a large number of people have flooded into cities,high-rise buildings in cities are gradually increasing,and supporting underground projects are significantly increasing.It is particularly important to do a good job in waterproofing construction of underground projects,which is related to the realization of underground engineering functions and the quality and safety of high-rise buildings.The application of construction technology and quality control has a fundamental impact on the underground engineering of high-rise buildings.This article mainly analyzes the underground engineering of high-rise buildings from the perspectives of waterproof construction technology and quality control,clarifies the waterproof characteristics of underground engineering and the reasons for leakage problems,explores how to strengthen quality control,and hopes to provide reference for accelerating the high-quality construction of modern high-rise building underground engineering.
