摘要
近年来,地下空间的利用越来越广,地下室施工质量对地下空间利用效果至关重要,因此对地下室施工也提出了较高的要求。但是在地下室施工过程中,受多种因素影响,混凝土外墙常出现裂缝问题,影响地下室正常使用。以某公共建筑为主要研究对象,围绕该工程的实际情况,对地下室外墙裂缝情况进行深入分析,阐述裂缝产生的原因,并且提出了地下室外墙混凝土裂缝处理措施,以此保证地下室外墙施工质量,以期为地下室外墙施工提供参考。
In recent years,the utilization of underground space has become increasingly widespread,and the quality of basement construction is crucial for the effectiveness of underground space utilization.Therefore,high requirements have been put forward for basement construction.However,during the construction process of the basement,cracks often appear on the concrete exterior wall due to various factors,which affects the normal use of the basement.Taking a certain public building as the main research object,based on the actual situation of the project,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the cracks on the basement exterior wall,the reasons for the cracks are explained,and measures for treating concrete cracks on the basement exterior wall are proposed to ensure the quality of the basement exterior wall construction and provide reference for the basement exterior wall construction.
