摘要 济南炼化1号催化裂化装置采用MIP+LTAG双提升管工艺,MIP工艺较一般FCC装置反应深度大,油浆密度相对较高,LTAG反应器产生的油浆性质与普通催化裂化的油浆性质区别大;装置油浆系统运行状况与普通单提升管催化裂化装置也有所区别,尤其是LTAG催化裂化反应油浆产率低,需要优化调整才能保证外甩率和油浆固含量;如何控制合适的外甩率在保证装置液收的同时既能保证油浆系统含量,又能兼顾装置长周期运行是装置运行的关键;装置运行中出现过几次油浆蒸汽发生器泄漏,泄漏会造成油浆流量测量仪表失灵、蒸汽发生器发汽量出现偏差、系统管线振动等,对装置的安全运行极为不利,如何及时判断正确处置极为重要,处置不当容易导致紧急停工等恶性事故;如何减缓油浆系统结焦是油浆系统长周期运行的另一关键点,通过考察油浆循环量、换后温度、分馏塔挡板温度变化、循环量、油浆系统压降等变化判断塔盘及换热器内结焦情况,及时采取措施保证油浆系统总体运行平稳。 Jinan Refinery adopts MIP and LTAG dual-riser process for its No.1 FCC unit.Compared with ordinary FCC unit,MIP process has larger reaction depth and higher oil slurry density.The properties of oil slurry from LTAG reactor are different from those of FCC slurry.The operating conditions of oil slurry system of the unit are also different from those of ordinary single-riser FCC unit,especially the low oil slurry yield of LTAG catalytic cracking reaction,which requires optimization and adjustment to ensure the discharge rate and the solid content of oil slurry.How to control the appropriate discharge rate to ensure the liquid yield of the unit while ensuring the content of oil slurry system and taking into account the long period operation of unit is the key to the operation of the unit.Several leaks have occurred in slurry steam generator during the operation of the unit.The leakage would cause the failure of oil slurry flow measuring instrument,the deviation in steam output of steam generator and the vibration of system pipelines,bringing unfavorable influence to the safe operation of the unit.How to make timely judgment and correct disposal is extremely important,and improper disposal easily leads to emergency shutdown and other fatalities.How to slow down the coking of oil slurry system is another key point in the long period operation of oil slurry system.The coking situation in trays and heat exchangers can be judged by inspecting the changes in circulating amount of oil slurry,outlet temperature of heat exchanger,temperature change of fractionating tower baffle,circulating amount and pressure drop across oil slurry system,and timely measures can be taken to ensure the overall stable operation of the oil slurry system.
