摘要 运用CXA制造工程师对凹凸类零件进行等高线粗加工、小刀等高线精加工的二维编程加工技术,省去三维建模的繁琐过程,充分运用CAXA的等高线粗加工的优越开粗功能——可以高效地去除毛坯的大部分余量,再用小刀采用等高线粗加工进行二次开粗,最后采用等高线精加工完成零件的加工。缩短了工期,节省了小径刀具的消耗,为企业赢得更高的经济效益。 The 2D programming processing technology of CXAXA manufacturing engineer for contour rough machining and knife contour finish machining of concave-convex parts can be used to eliminate the complicated process of 3D modeling,and the superior roughing function of CAXA contour rough machining can be fully used to efficiently remove most of the blank margin,and then the knife can be used for contour rough machining for secondary roughing,and finally the contour finish machining can be used to complete the part processing.Shorten the construction period,save the consumption of small-diameter cutters,and win higher economic benefits for enterprises.
