摘要
针对空压机-液压转向泵连接十字键断裂故障,本文从空压机和液压转向泵工作状态及结构参数、十字键断口及材料理化、十字键结构仿真强度校核等多维度进行了全面、系统梳理。通过空压机及液压转向泵等零部件性能排查及拆检等分析,结合十字键强度校核分析,排除外部因素影响,通过十字键断口分析、材料理化分析及同批次样件外观检查等揭示了十字键断裂的根本原因,并提出了合理的改进方案,同时给出了相对系统、全面的故障分析思路和方法,为空压机-液压转向泵连接十字键的设计和系统匹配提供参考。
Aiming at the cross key fracture of air compressor-hydraulic steering pump connection,this paper comprehensively and systematically combs the working state and structural parameters of air compressors and hydraulic steering pumps,cross key fracture and material physics and chemistry,cross key structure simulation strength check and other multi-dimensions.Through the performance inspection and disassembly analysis of air compressor and hydraulic steering pump and other parts,combined with the cross-key strength check analysis,eliminate the influence of external factors,through the cross key fracture analysis,physical and chemical analysis of materials and the appearance inspection of the same batch of samples,reveal the root cause of cross key fracture,and put forward a reasonable improvement plan.At the same time,the relative systematic and comprehensive fault analysis ideas and methods are given,which can provide reference for the design and system matching of air compressor-hydraulic steering pump cross keys.
