摘要
激光防护材料可以保护目标物体或人眼免于激光伤害,是激光防护领域的研究热点,基于非线性光学原理的防护体系是激光防护领域的重要发展方向。钙钛矿是一类优异的半导体材料,其制备工艺简单、成本低廉,具有突出的非线性响应和三阶非线性系数,在激光防护领域具有广泛的应用前景。针对光电探测器对激光防护材料的需求,首先讨论了钙钛矿材料在光电探测器激光防护应用方面的优势,随后从含铅卤化物钙钛矿和无铅卤化物钙钛矿两方面整理归纳了其在非线性光学特性和近年激光防护特性方面的研究进展,对比了其优缺点。最后,对卤化物钙钛矿材料在光电探测器激光防护应用中存在的问题及未来发展趋势进行了总结与展望。
Laser protection materials,which can protect target objects or human eyes from laser damage,are a research hotspot in laser protection field.The protection system based on the principle of nonlinear optics is an important development direction in the field of laser protection.Perovskite is an excellent semiconductor material with simple fabrication process,low cost,outstanding nonlinear response and third-order nonlinear coefficient,which has great application prospect and value in the field of laser protection.Firstly,aiming at the protection of photodetectors,we summarized the advantages of perovskites in protection applications.Then the research progress of nonlinearity and laser protection of halide perovskites in recent years was reviewed from two aspects:leaded halide perovskites and non-leaded halide perovskites.Their advantages and disadvantages were further compared.Finally,potential problems and future development trends of halide perovskite materials in the application of photodetector laser protection were prospected.
