DCLK1、FOXC1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

摘要 目的分析双皮质素样激酶1(DCLK1)、叉头框蛋白C1(FOXC1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院病理科2020年1月至2022年12月行手术治疗的86例乳腺癌患者,选取所有患者乳腺癌组织标本,并另取距离癌组织5 cm的86例癌旁组织标本为对照,检测癌组织及癌旁组织中DCLK1、FOXC1的表达情况,分析表达特点,并分析DCLK1、FOXC1的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。结果癌组织中DCLK1、FOXC1阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移、T临床分期为T_(2)的患者癌组织中DCLK1、FOXC1阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移、T临床分期为T_(1)患者(P<0.05);不同年龄、体重指数、肿瘤家族病史、疾病类型、病理组织分级、肿瘤部位的患者癌组织中DCLK1、FOXC1阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Phi相关分析结果显示,DCLK1、FOXC1表达与淋巴结转移、T临床分期呈正相关(Phi>0,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中DCLK1和FOXC1阳性表达率较高,且淋巴结转移、临床分期与DCLK1和FOXC1的表达密切相关。 Objective To analyze the expression of doublecortin like kinase 1(DCLK1)and forkhead box protein C1(FOXC1)in breast cancer and their relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods A total of 86 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.Breast cancer tissue samples from all patients were selected,and 86 paracarcinoma tissue samples 5 cm away from the cancer tissue were taken as controls to detect the expression of DCLK1 and FOXC1 in the cancer tissue and paracarcinoma tissue.The relationship between the expression of DCLK1 and FOXC1 and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of DCLK1 and FOXC1 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of DCLK1 and FOXC1 in cancer tissues of patients with lymph node metastasis and T clinical stage T_(2)were higher than those of patients without lymph node metastasis and T clinical stage T_(1)(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the positive expression rates of DCLK1 and FOXC1 in cancer tissues of patients with different ages,body mass index,family history of tumor,type of disease,pathological tissue grading and tumor site(P>0.05).The Phi correlation analysis results showed that the expression of DCLK1 and FOXC1 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and T clinical stage(Phi>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of DCLK1 and FOXC1 in breast cancer is high,and lymph node metastasis and clinical stage are closely related to the expression of DCLK1 and FOXC1.
