摘要
本文通过介绍莱茨象点仪光路及工作原理,莱茨象点仪上下物镜焦距不重合时对测量带来的影响进行分析,找到了误差产生的原因并提出了调整方法。为莱茨象点仪的使用人员提供参考。
This article intoduces the optical path and working principle of the Leitz image point comparator.By introducing the optical path and working principle of the Leitz image point comparator,it analyzes the impact on measurement when the focal lenghs of the upper and lower objective lenses of the Leitz image point instrument do not coincide.The reason for the error is found and adjustment methods are proposed.Provide reference for users of the Leitz image point comparator.
