生物质菜籽油在沥青材料中的适用性评价

摘要 为探究生物质菜籽油在沥青材料中的适用性,在基质沥青和SBS改性沥青中添加不同掺量菜籽油,对沥青的基本物理性能进行测试,并结合高低温流变学性能和抗永久变形能力综合评价菜籽油对于沥青性能的影响。结果表明菜籽油可降低沥青的软化点和粘度,显著增加沥青的延度,提高聚合物改性沥青的低温PG等级,少量改性剂对沥青高温抗永久变形能力几乎无影响,但高掺量改性剂对于基质沥青高温性能有负面影响,因此生物质菜籽油推荐掺量为1%~2%可有效提高沥青低温抗裂性。研究成果为生物质材料在道路工程应用提供参考。 To investigate the applicability of biomass rapeseed oil in asphalt materials,different blends of rapeseed oil are added to the neat asphalt and SBS modified asphalt as research objects.The conventional physical properties of asphalt are tested,and the effect of rapeseed oil on asphalt properties is evaluated in combination with high and low temperature rheological properties and resistance to permanent deformation.The results showe that rapeseed oil can reduce the softening point and viscosity of asphalt,which significantly increases the ductility of asphalt.A small amount of modifier has almost no effect on the high temperature permanent deformation resistance of asphalt,but a high amount of modifier has a negative impact on the high temperature performance of the matrix asphalt.Therefore,the recommended dose of biomass rapeseed oil is 1%to 2%,which effectively improves the low temperature crack re⁃sistance of asphal.
