摘要
目的讨论血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病中的应用价值。方法随机选取2021年6月—2022年6月临沂市交通医院收治的50例糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期选取健康体检者50例作为对照组,对两组患者行血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白检验,并对其检验结果进行对比分析。结果观察组糖化血红蛋白水平高于对照组,血清C肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测的灵敏度、准确度高于血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者临床检查中,应用糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验效果明显,建议临床大力推广。
Objective To discuss the application value of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients with diabetes admitted to Linyi Traffic Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were ran⁃domly selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.Serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin were tested for the two groups of patients,and the test results were com⁃pared and analyzed.Results The level of glycated hemoglobin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum C-peptide was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined detection were higher than those of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical examination of diabetic patients,the application of glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide test has obvious effect,and it is recommended to promote it in clinic.
