摘要
目的 研究中老年2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2, T2DM)老年患者应用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2022年10月宜兴市肿瘤医院收治的40例中老年T2DM患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组20例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组采用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍治疗,比较两组血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,研究组血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为20.00%、10.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.196,P=0.658)。结论 联用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍可有效降低患者的血糖、血脂水平与血液黏度。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin in middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Forty middle-aged and elderly T2DM pa⁃tients admitted to Yixing Cancer Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the study group was treated with insulin glargine and metformin.Blood glucose,blood lipid levels,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,blood glucose,blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the study group and the control group was 20.00%and 10.00%,respectively,the differences was not statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=0.196,P=0.658).Conclusion The combination of insulin glargine and metformin can effectively reduce blood glucose,lipid levels and blood viscosity in patients.
