摘要
化工行业和社会各个领域的发展存在非常紧密的关联,化工工业属于非常重要的基础工业,对国家经济发展意义重大。从现阶段的实际情况来说,化工工艺设计过程中依旧存在很多危险性因素,如果没有引起充分重视,开展好危险识别和安全管控工作,必然会在很大程度上影响到整个化工行业的发展。基于此,结合实际工作研究,探讨了化工工艺设计中的危险识别和安全控制对策,以期能够进一步提升化工工艺设计水平,确保化工企业生产安全。
The chemical industry is closely related to the development of various fields of society.The chemical industry is a very important basic industry and is of great significance to the national economic development.According to the actual situation at this stage,there are still many dangerous factors in the process of chemical process design.If the work of hazard identification and safety control are not pay enough attention to,it will certainly affect the development of the entire chemical industry to a great extent.Based on this,combined with actual work,the hazard identification and safety control measures in chemical process design were discussed,in order to further improve the level of chemical process design and ensure the production safety of chemical enterprises.
