摘要
近年来,锂离子电池因其优异的性能在各个领域得到了广泛应用,这也导致了目前市面上有较多废旧的锂离子电池。因废旧锂离子电池中含有较多贵重金属,所以有较高的回收价值。对酸浸法和溶剂萃取法回收废旧锂离子电池中的锂(Li)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)进行了研究,提出了以柠檬酸-废弃橘皮粉(OP)的有机酸-有机还原体系浸取废旧锂离子电池正极材料,采用多种萃取从废旧锂离子电池中分离并回收Li、Co、Ni、Mn的流程。该流程使用了有机酸和有机固体废弃物(即橘皮)作为反应物,浸出剂绿色无污染,对环境较为友好。
In recent years,lithium ion battery has been widely used in various fields due to its great performance,which also leads to the large number of spent lithium ion battery on market.Wasted lithium batteries contain many precious metals,such as Li,Co,Ni,Mn,and they are worth recycling.In this article,the acid leaching and solvent extraction methods were studied,and a process to recycle the Li Co,Li,Ni and Mn from wasted lithium battery was proposed,using organic acid-organic reduction system(OP)to leach the wasted lithium battery,and using multiple extraction methods to separate and recover the metal-ions in the leaching solution.The process uses organic acids and organic solid waste as green and non-polluted reactant(i.e.orange peel),and so it is an environmentally friendly way to recycle the metal elements from the wasted lithium ion battery.
