摘要
针对体积受限的二次供电需求,介绍了基于反激拓扑的开关电源设计过程。采用集成电流型PWM控制器,设计了输入欠压保护、过流/短路保护功能。在较小尺寸下制作了一款输入电压16~50 V,输出5 V/4 A的电源模块。测试结果表明样品电路保护功能齐备,具有较高的输出电压精度和良好的动态响应性能。
According to the secondary power supply demand with limited volume,the design process of switch mode power supply based on flyback topology is introduced.The integrated current mode PWM controller is used to design the functions of input under voltage protection and overcurrent or short-circuit protection.In a small size,a power module with input voltage of 16~40 V and output voltage of 5 V/4 A is made.The test results show that the sample circuit has complete protection functions,high output voltage accuracy and good dynamic response performance.
