摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统的常见病,由于吸烟、吸入职业粉尘、化学物质、空气污染及人口老龄化增加,其发病率逐年升高,已成为全球第三大死亡原因。反复的急性加重是造成疾病进展加快和患者死亡的主要原因。早期识别COPD的严重程度进行干预,有利于提高COPD患者临床疗效和预后。疾病的异质性和病情严重程度的不同,会导致机体相关生物学指标、生理学指标、症状性指标发生变化。COPD主要累及肺脏,但也可引起全身不良效应,是一种以肺部疾病为主要特征的全身性疾病,通过全面评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病病情严重程度,有助于开拓对此疾病的处理,提高治疗效果。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease of the respiratory system.Due to smoking,inhalation of occupational dust,chemical substances,air pollution and aging population,the incidence is increasing year by year,and it has become the third leading cause of death in the world.Repeated acute exacerbation is the main cause of accelerated disease progression and death.Early identification of the severity of COPD and intervention can improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of COPD patients.The heterogeneity of the disease and the severity of the disease lead to the changes of the related biological indicators,physiological indicators,and symptomatic indicators.COPD mainly affects the lung,but can also cause systemic adverse effects.It is a systemic disease characterized by pulmonary disease.Comprehensive evaluation of the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is helpful to develop the treatment of this disease and improve the treatment effect.
