摘要
教育实习是体育教育专业教学中的重要环节。本研究通过对内蒙古自治区高等院校体育教育专业教育实习工作在实习模式、实习目的、实习时间、实习教师配备、校内实习内容、实习指导方式、实习管理、实习评价等实际情况的调查,发现存在的问题,并在新形势下体育教育专业教育实习工作如何满足中小学体育教师教学能力需求、提升实习质量等方面提出展望,以期为相关研究提供参考。
The physical education internship is an important part of physical education teaching.This study investigates the actual situation of physical education major students'educational internships in higher education institutions in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,including internship modes,internship objectives,internship time,internship teacher allocation,campus internship content,internship school training content,internship guidance methods,internship process,internship management,internship funds,internship evaluation,etc.,and finds problems in physical education major educational internships,exploring the teaching ability needs of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in universities under the new situation,and improving the quality of physical education teaching internships,with the hope of providing reference for relevant research.
