摘要
档案工作在经济社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,要把握建设新发展格局和现代化经济体系的总体要求,以创新驱动发展为突破口,提升档案工作的总体水平。目前档案管理工作存在的认识不足、信息化程度不高、专业技术人员缺乏等制约档案工作高质量发展因素,因此必须加强党对档案工作的领导,完善档案管理制度体系,提高档案管理的科技化水平,不断提升档案工作人员的综合能力水平,实现以档案管理工作高质量发展推动经济社会高质量发展的新局面。
The archives work plays an increasingly important role in economic and social development.We should grasp the overall requirements of building a dual circulation and a modern economic system,take innovation driven development as a breakthrough,and improve the overall level of archives work.At present,there are factors that hinder the high-quality development of archive management work,such as insufficient understanding,low level of informatization,and a lack of professional and technical personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the Party's leadership over archive work,improve the archive management system,improve the scientific and technological level of archive management,and continuously improve the comprehensive ability level of archive workers,To achieve a new situation of promoting high-quality economic and social development through the high-quality development of archive management work.
